Brindavan Enclave is a fully integrated township comprising of Residential, Commercial and Institutional areas. This township offers the residents of Bikaner a well planned and beautifully developed alternative to mostly unplanned development of old Bikaner City. It is located on National Highway-11. 7 km towards Jaipur, from old Bikaner City. See the map here.

The first phase comprising of about 840 residential plots of varying sizes was launched about 2 years ago. Today it stands as a fully sold out and a very successful project. All developments works have been completed and possession offered. In fact, at site, individuals have already started building houses ( five month old site photographs can be seen here).

Beside the development by the Company other developments in the area include Delhi Public School taking up a large plot next to this township to set-up a school very soon. Besides this a women's engineering college and a stadium has also been sanctioned nearby.

Now, the company is launching it's second phase. This phase comprises of about 1400 plots of sizes ranging from 1350 sq.ft(150 sq.yd.) to about 5100 sq,ft. (567 sq.yd) at the rate of Rs.221/sq.ft. Out of about 1400 plots, presently the company is selling about 800 plots. Out of these 800 about 200 might be taken up by a large PSU.

Bikaner is a fast developing city, besides tourism there has been a lot of industries being set-up in the last few years. The Government has sanctioned an Airport for the city. Brindavan Enclave offers a modern day, well planned living area for it's residents. It will boast modern all the amenities and facilities required in today's time and which are lacking at the moment. It has generated a lot of local and nearby interest.
